Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain back-end for web applications
• Produce clean, high-quality code
• Maintain existing static and dynamic web sites
• Interact with front-end development team
• Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of current and emerging technologies, trends, and standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of back-end web development
• Fundamental knowledge of back-end web development
• Proficiency with server-side programming in Python, PHP, or Java with knowledge of web application frameworks, such as Django
• Experience with scalable, multi-server, multi-database web development is a plus
• Familiarity with version control and issue tracking systems (e.g. SVN + Trac)
• Familiarity with front-end web development (HTML/CSS/JS and/or Flash) is a plus
• A strong, creative, problem solver, self-motivated and tenacious when tackling tough issues
• A team player with energy and enthusiasm, and a high tolerance for change and ambiguity

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with both design and development team members to provide Flash design, development and maintenance of our Flash properties through a demonstrated proficiency with Flash/ActionScript 3/AIR
• Create dynamic Flash applications that use server side technologies
• Work closely with creative and production departments to translate designs accurately from various applications into Flash
• Implement rich new interactive features using Flash into our web properties and AIR applications

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Graphic Design, Computer Science or related field
• Extensive knowledge of OOP, with experience using AS3 libraries
• Good understanding of Design Patterns
• Good understanding of Frameworks and Architecture
• Must have 4+ years experience developing in Adobe Flex, primarily Flex 3, and ActionScript 3
• 6+ months Adobe AIR development experience.
• Knowledge of Flash animation techniques using programmatic motion
• Proficient creating dynamic Flash applications that use server side technologies
• Must be comfortable building custom Flex components to achieve rich interactive experiences.
• Must have a good understanding of event driven programming.
• Must have a good understanding of embedding and referencing UI assets in ActionScript classes without relying too much on the timeline.
• Candidate must be comfortable being a key contributor to a small team

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of HTML/CSS web pages and email templates
• Theming and client scripting (CSS, Javascript)
• Work closely with creative and production departments to deliver
• Assist in the preparation, creation and implementation of internal and external media, such as:
• Web design
• HTML hand coding
• HTML Template creation from Photoshop files
• Make all requested changes and corrections promptly
• Works with web developer to integrate backend coding with front end UI design

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field
• Good understanding of Design Patterns
• Good understanding of Frameworks and Architecture
• Must be proficient in HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS on WebKit browsers
• Experience with extension JS is preferred, but not needed
• Must be highly productive and able to work closely with designers to produce quick iterations of designs
• 3+ years in front-end web development
• Proficient with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Self-starter, willingness to learn, hard worker, highly organized, proactive, self-motivated

Duties:

• Uses knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, packaging, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets such as websites and CD roms.
• Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks related to graphic design.
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• A great deal of creativity and latitude is expected.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in interactive design and game development or graphic design or foreign degree equivalent
• One year of experience working as graphic or web designer
